Florence is an Economist with over 12 years’ experience of working within the banking sector. Over her 12 years of, she has developed expertise in treasury and capital management including asset and liability management and offering expert economic opinion. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College.
Mervis is an Economist working for the Reserve Bank of Malawi in the Economic Policy and Research department since 2016. Prior, she worked for the Economics Association of Malawi (ECAMA). Her interests include research and policy analysis with a bias in Macroeconomics, specifically, Monetary Economics, Public policy, national accounts, and gender mainstreaming. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in economics at the University of Malawi.
Lucious is an Economist at ECAMA Secretariat. Currently, he is working as a Project Officer under the “Enhanced Evidence-based Research to Inform Policy Decision Making in Public Finance Management (PFM) project, which is being implemented by a consortium of ECAMA, Oxfam in Malawi, the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) with support from the Delegation of the European Union to Malawi. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) from the University of Malawi.
Tadala Mauluka is an Economist at ECAMA Secretariat. She holds Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Namibia.
Tandulechi is the Finance and Administration Officer at ECAMA Secretariat. Currently, she is working as a Finance Officer for the “Enhanced Evidence-based Research to Inform Policy Decision Making in Public Finance Management (PFM) project, which is being implemented by a consortium of ECAMA, Oxfam in Malawi, the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) with support from the Delegation of the European Union to Malawi. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cyprus Institute of Marketing (BVI) – MIM.
Andrew is the former Postmaster General and former Director of the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority. He has 18 years of working experience as a Chief Executive Officer in a number of organizations. He also worked in the banking sector as well as the civil service as an Economist. He holds a Masters of Economic Studies and a Masters in Telecommunication Management.
